David Couter is a New York based theatre artist whose work seeks to absorb and reflect the love of the world. Originally from Chattanooga, TN, he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from the University of Memphis. As a writer, his plays have been performed at the Edinburgh, New York and Sharjah Fringe Festivals, as well as in London, Memphis, Seattle, and Seoul, South Korea. Currently, David directs and teaches theatre with Inside Broadway in the NYC public schools.
